And you can express your own private thoughts . memos to the world . collection of links . But really a blog is a web site with no real rules. The blogger was launched 1999. and since then it has reshaped the web. And Impacted politics . Also shaken up journalism , the blogger has enabled millions of people to have a voice and connect with others. I can't wait to get started .
